Gluten Free Cinnamon Cake Recipe

It is a cake that will be everyone’s favorite with its soft texture, cinnamon scent and gluten-free content! Moreover, it is very practical to make. It is perfect for those who want a healthy and delicious getaway.

📝 Materials:

  • 1 pack Gluten free cinnamon cake mix (250 g)

  • 3 pieces egg

  • 50 ml oil (You can choose sunflower, olive oil or coconut oil)

  • 150 ml milk (It would be great with almonds, oats or lactose-free milk if you wish)

👩‍🍳 Preparation phase:

  1. your oven 160°C turbo setting Preheat.

  2. In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and oil well. If the mixture foams a little, your cake will swell even more. 😉

  3. Add the cake mixture and mix until homogeneous.
