Without harming any vitamin, mineral, aroma and color included chickpeas are pre-cooked after they are cleaned. Without any additives, chickeas are grinded in our special mills and become flour.

Naturelka Chickpea Flour ;  In many pastries ( bread, pasta, cakes, crepes, cookies…) you can use it alone or with any flour type you like.  In addition you can use them in humus, falafel, omelette, soup and sauce recipes. Because it does not contain gluten, it is less elastic and swellable.
